Carnivore update (advice wanted)

Hi all! My wife and I are on our carnivore journey, about 6 weeks in and my wife’s weight loss has been slightly slowing. She started at 228 and is currently at 200.2. She eats 3 eggs in the am, goes for a daily 3 mile walk, and eats 1lb of chicken throughout the rest of the day. Note: we’re fairly certain she had pcos/pots. I was hoping for some thoughts/ideas to help her. According to our Apple Watches, she’s still in a deficit.

TLDR: want advice to help wife off weight loss plateau.
